Document all tasks performed by the caretaker during each visit and bring them together in the care journal. Keep a timestamp and supporting evidence attached to each documented task.
Agree what completion looks like
Define the care plan and task list with the care team, and limit observation to agreed areas and activities. Flag tasks that cannot be confirmed for review rather than marking them complete.
The walkthrough illustrates one task within that wider visit record: the kitchen view shows a caretaker finishing the meal tray and taking their hands away.
The example contains one completed task. A threshold of one matches it. A higher task count ends the workflow without creating an entry.
Keep the visit attached
Carry each task description, visit reference, completion time, and supporting clip into the record. Bring the documented tasks together so the care team can review the work performed during the visit.
Prepare the appropriate record
Choose a care-journal update or a draft family summary. Keep the task-level evidence available alongside the visit summary.
