This workflow notifies the team at the entrance when a table is cleaned and ready for the next guests.
Distinguish empty from ready
Use the dining-room view of the selected table. Define “ready” with the service team: used dishes must be removed, the table cleaned, and settings prepared for the next guests. An empty table alone does not satisfy that condition.
The example contains one ready table. A threshold of one matches it; a higher count sends no notification.
Notify the entrance team
Send the message that the table is cleaned and ready for guests to the team managing arrivals at the entrance. Attach the table reference, readiness event time, and clip so the team can review the reason for the notification.
Update the service record
The walkthrough offers an entrance-team notification and a service-journal entry. The receipt identifies the selected software result.
Compare the two camera views before choosing the next step.
