Workflows / Workflow example

An obstructed route. A clear next action.

A sample warehouse workflow: if a pallet blocks the marked pedestrian route, save the evidence and assign a floor-safety task.

Warehouse camera: a pallet of plain cartons blocks the route between two yellow pedestrian lines.

This workflow follows a pallet left inside a marked pedestrian route.

Watch the route, not the storage bay

Select the marked walkway and exclude adjacent storage areas. A person crossing the aisle briefly is different from a pallet remaining in the route.

The pallet stays in the walkway throughout the eight-second example. The default duration is three seconds; thresholds up to eight seconds match. A threshold above eight follows the no-action branch.

Send the floor team a location

Keep the walkway reference, observed duration, and clip with the event. The supervisor should be able to review exactly where the obstruction was seen.

Assign the follow-up

Create a safety task in Floor operations or add an entry to the Safety journal. The receipt confirms that software step.

Compare the camera views and duration settings in the walkthrough below.
