When a care task enters the visit record.

Agree what completion looks like

Define the care plan and task list with the care team, and limit observation to agreed areas and activities. Flag tasks that cannot be confirmed for review rather than marking them complete.

Confirm each observed task

The kitchen walkthrough shows one task within the wider visit record: the caretaker finishes the meal tray and takes their hands away. A completed-task threshold of one matches it. A higher count ends the workflow without creating an entry.

Include each task in the visit record

Save each task description, visit reference, completion time, and supporting clip in the record so the care team can review the full visit.

Prepare the appropriate record

Compare both camera views and choose Medicaid visit documentation in the Care journal or a draft family summary. Keep task-level evidence available alongside the visit summary for care-team review.
